REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

At The Cupping Academy, we value customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and rescheduling are granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Cancellations initiated by The Cupping Academy due to practitioner unavailability.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment).

  • Missed appointments with no prior notice.

  • Gift cards or prepaid packages (these are non-refundable but transferable).

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule once per booking if done at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Sessions that are not rescheduled in time will be treated as missed appointments and will not be refunded.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund.

  • Provide the reason for cancellation or refund request.

  • Allow up to 48 hours for us to review and respond.
