Our practitioners are certified, and we aim to provide safe, high-quality treatments tailored to your needs.
All bookings must be made in advance via our website or contact channels.
Appointments must be confirmed with valid contact details.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, with at least 12 hours’ notice.
